Exit Row Seating | Flightlink

Experience extra comfort and select an exit row seat for your flight. This can be done when you purchase your ticket or prior to travel - access your passenger name record on our home page (Manage My Booking). You may also request an exit row seat at checkin.
Exit row seats are reserved for passengers who are able and willing to assist in an emergency situation.
To ensure the safety of all passengers, individuals seated in exit rows must meet the following criteria as stipulated by regulation:

Be at least 18 years old
Possess sufficient physical strength, mobility, and dexterity to quickly operate the emergency exit, remove obstacles, and assist other passengers if required.

Be able to read, understand, and communicate instructions in English without assistance.
Be capable of comprehending crew commands and performing safety procedures efficiently.

Be willing and able to assist crew members in the event of an emergency evacuation
Not have any physical, emotional, or cognitive condition that could impair their ability to perform these duties.

Not be traveling with infants, children, or anyone who requires assistance.
Not use a seatbelt extender or any assistive devices that could hinder movement.

Exit row seats may incur an additional fee due to their added comfort and leg room. The conditions of the fare rule apply. These seats can be selected during booking or through the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website.
